Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping carrier details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, shipping destination, and the method you choose. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

We also offer:

  • Free standard shipping on qualifying domestic orders over $75.

  • Flat-rate shipping options for selected regions.

Shipping promotions and discounts may apply during specific campaigns or holidays.


International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Before placing your order, we recommend checking your country’s customs policies to avoid unexpected charges.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • The shipping carrier’s name

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Package Not Received or Delayed?

If your order is delayed or you suspect it may be lost:

  1. First, check the tracking information sent via email.

  2. If the status hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, or your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately.

  3. We’ll open a case with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.


Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing any products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Please include your order number, photos of the package and damaged item, and a description of the issue.

  • We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly by offering a replacement, refund, or credit.


Changing Your Shipping Address

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We are only able to make changes before your order is shipped. Once an order is in transit, address changes are not guaranteed and may result in delays or return-to-sender situations.
