At Indonesian Prints, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected — and that’s okay. Whether you received the wrong item, a defective product, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to help make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria (see below). Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Must not be listed as a final sale or non-returnable item
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards and downloadable digital products
Clearance or final sale items
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g. opened cosmetics, hygiene products)
Custom-made or personalized products

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:
Initiating a return for a refund.
Placing a new order for the item you wish to receive.
This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item)
If your refund is delayed or not visible after the timeframe, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Enter your order number and email address.
Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return.
Print your return label and pack the item securely.
